just watched dave's dave 2 training competitive cutlery. a huge, fired up!!!! tip that is different from the videos:
when quoting the prices on the sets of cutlery, instead of saying a "complete set of chicago" or a "complete set of henckels", refer to those as "basic sets" of cutlery with 18-25 pieces. if we are going to refer to the homemaker set, which is an 18 piece set, as a basic set and the ultimate, a 32 piece set, as a complete set, we must apply those standards across the board, especially to our competitors. this addition will allow for more consistency throughout the training seminar and create a larger first weekend pop by getting trainees tied into the concept of the homemaker and other absic sets being inadequate for ppl who love to cook.
but remember, this process all starts, as with everything else, with the interview. make sure you are still working on the interview as it is the foundation of your cutco business this spring and summer from a management standpoint. with a solid interview, it creates consistency from the time representatives walk into the door until they are launched with a sample kit out of the door. get in observation time, watch the dvd, have somebody watch your interview, wahtever it takes to hone the most important tool in your business toolkit for the summer.
ready for a fired up, and so fine 09! lets all rock the house by outworking everyone else this summer from a management standpoint
